The Headford Group, a leading recruitment specialist for the freight forwarding & logistics industry, has promoted Matt Goulette to Internal Recruitment & Development Director.

Matt’s previous position was Recruitment Manager for ForwardingJobs (one of Headford Group’s recruitment brands). From this, he grew the division from a cold desk to a new brand with twelve consultants and £500m turnover in the first six months. Alongside this was a projected £1.2m turnover in the first year and plans to grow the team to thirty in the next twelve months.

Matt joined the recruitment industry in the late 1990s at Computer Futures, which is a part of the SThree group, and where he met Craig Headford and was initially trained by him. From then, he has built a successful career in the industry and a strong working relationship with Craig.
